ABOUT ME
Hello and welcome to Smudged Ink!
My name is Amélie and I am an average, run-of-the-mill school girl (minus those things that make us all a bit 'special' like enjoying cucumber and Marmite sandwiches).
Reading and writing has always played a big role in my life. There is just something so exciting about immersing yourself in a different world or learning about the weird and wonderful. Of course, this makes me a huge nerd but that is fine by me.
I have been encouraged to create this blog by many people. I haven't decided just yet whether or not it was a ploy to get me to shut up. I suppose ranting about the brilliance of Shakespeare isn't a suitable pass time for my friends and family. However, the thing about the internet is that someone out there shares the same interests as you.
